We’ve all learned how to survive the day to day ebbs and flows of life. But how much are we tolerating when we could be thriving? The goal is conscious living.
As a life coach, I partner with clients to help:
Understand current thought processes, beliefs, and motivations;
Identify values and where they stem from;
Challenge beliefs and interpretations;
Remove internal blocks that keep us from reaching our goals;
Encourage goal setting to continue self-discovery and growth; and
Keep accountable to achieve milestones.
Tools I often use include the enneagram and values assessments.

In coaching, we will touch on a variety of subjects. The focus is generally on the present with a vision of the future guiding our conversations. The areas I have worked most with clients include:
Transitions: navigating the uncertainties of career and life changes.
Personal growth : challenging the self while giving grace to be exactly who you are, as you are.
Relationships : developing healthier relationships with family, friends, and partners through perspective and communication.
Spirituality : embracing the spirituality of life and reconciling childhood beliefs with the realities of life’s experiences
Life goals : consciously setting priorities and creating goals to intentionally move through life whether focusing on career, lifestyle, or other.
My Approach
One-on-One Coaching:
50 minute sessions via zoom
You set the frequency, generally weekly or every other week
$150 / session
Inquire for in-person coaching opportunities or other coaching structures
Family Coaching:
For families with queer individuals, my Dad and I partner together with parents and children to help facilitate communication and bolster understanding, enabling healthier, loving, authentic relationships.
Coaching is done through a combination of one-on-one coaching with children and parents as well as in group settings.
